Running Journal

This page celebrates my ongoing love of running, health, and fitness — a space to share reflections, milestones, and moments from the road. I began blogging about wellbeing and endurance training during my half-marathon years, reaching more than 10,000 readers a month at its peak. 

Running has always been more than a sport for me — it’s a way to stay grounded, build resilience, and reconnect with the rhythm of life. This journal continues that journey as I now train for a marathon, combining movement, mindfulness, and the simple joy of being outdoors. It’s a record of progress, persistence, and passion for health and fitness in all its forms.
