Self Care Sunday

Self Care is talked about alot these days especially with mindfulness techniques.


Self care can encompass deepening the level of healing you provide to yourself.


This involves all parts of your self. Physically through exercise, mentally through learning, emotionally by connecting, spiritually by just being and listening.


Yoga or stretches are a really great way to reconnect with the self.


On Self Care Sunday how can you put energies in balance for the week ahead.


Try a simple breath meditation. Let all the tensions go, judgements, fears, guilt and limitating beliefs or stories.


On the in breath bring in self love, compassion for others, healing.


On the out breath let all the tension go, send loving kindness to the world.
